We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also view your order status by logging into your Brisks account.
